Our client is a New Media Agency focused on delivering value to clients by connecting with the emotional elements of a brand in order to create a long lasting relationship between the brand and customer; using measured targeted and cost effective mediums.
The agency currently seeks a suitably qualified candidate to fill this position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and solicit new clients within the target market parameters  for Twinpine
  • Implementation of strategies for acquiring new clients within target market 
  • Conducting presentations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve projected growth of the product in line with the budget
  • Adequate reporting of marketing activities, as well as effective follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
  • Ensure all business initiatives are well defined and achieved in line with project plans
  • Ensure up to date information gathering for reporting manager on development of clients'  business, outlook, plans, and policies as well as general market developments, industry conditions, and competitors' actions
  • Determine research requirements for products and ensure implementation of R&D
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for the product
  • Develop sales materials and proposals
  • Ensure that marketing activities result into product growth and profitability
  • Ensure best practice on customer service for the product
  • Maintain good working relationship with internal and external customers
  • Monitor development and delivery of products and ensure prompt collection of funds/debts according to terms of payment
  • Ensure that all business objectives and targets are met within the defined period
  • Ensure all business processes are monitored and corrective actions taken where necessary
  • Ensure the integrity of financial records, statements and reports

Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain profitable relationships with all customers and other stakeholders
  • Deliver best practice customer service
  • Monitor and control customer interfaces and ensure prompt responses to customer enquiries/ complaints

People/Team Management:
  • Coach and develop others in the team
  • Provide adequate platform for accountability within the team

Qualification/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline with minimum of Second Class Lower
  • Not older than 30 years old
  • Relevant professional certifications may be an added advantage
  • One (1) year directly relevant post-NYSC work experience in a Business development or Marketing position. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office – in particular, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven excellent knowledge of advertising and marketing communications best practices
